Project Overview
Airwallex is a global business account, built to help businesses operate anywhere, anytime. Airwallex wants to improve its brand awareness for its key customer segments so that more people know who they are, and what they do.
The project involved designing tangible yet innovative community-building strategies for Airwallex to reach and engage with the technology/startup industry, allowing Airwallex to establish itself as both a household name but also an industry thought leader within this key target segment.

By understanding and analysing evolving market needs, we recommended Airwallex two respective initiatives surrounding generating awareness and promoting advocacy. The project team explored and built implementation strategies, allowing Airwallex to understand the immediate and long-term timeline of actions. The project team also proposed metrics Airwallex can use to measure success in the future, enabling further alignment of the community initiatives with the technology/startup sector's wants and needs.
