Roller believes that guest experience is the most significant controllable factor affecting the success of businesses in the leisure and entertainment industry. They strive to help businesses grow by delivering amazing guest experiences. As a result, Roller asked the BusinessOne team to develop a proprietary Guest Experience Index (GXI) which combines qualitative and quantitative data, to monitor and benchmark business performance and process improvement.
HARD SKILLS INVOLVED:
Through engaging in Research, Machine Learning and Data Analytics, the team at BusinessOne aimed to identify factors affecting guest experience and assign different weighting factors to them based on their importance to guests. From this, they developed a guest experience index for use as a global tangible instrument that can measure guest experiences in trampoline parks across Australia.
